How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your design proof is confirmed, production takes 2-7 business days on average (different products may vary).

Do items ship separately?

Some of products are printed with different print partners and may arrive separately. 

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves leaves the printing facility!

CUSTOMIZATION

Where are the custom hoodies?

We are not offering custom hoodies at this time. If it is something you would like us to bring back, we would love to hear from you!

Can you do any animal?

Absolutely! We are happy to do any animal.

Can you do a design with humans?

Unfortunately, we only create designs with animals at this time.

Can you do more than 3 animals?

Unfortunately, we can only do up to three differently animals at this time. 

Do you remove the background for me?

Yes, our designers with remove the background. You do not need to edit the photo yourself. 

What if I didn't receive my proof within 3 business days?

If you don't receive a proof of your design within 3 business days, please email us immediately.

Once a proof is sent, you have 3 days to review it and confirm OR request changes. If we don't hear from you 3 days after the proof is sent, your order will be created and shipped out.
